At FOLIOS HEALTH, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Opened or partially used supplement bottles cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • To start a return, please email us at contact@folioshealth.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item:

  1. We will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  2. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  3. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  4. If the item is returned in used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@folioshealth.com, and we will replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you. Please include photos for quick resolution.

4. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

5. Exchanges

For safety reasons, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you want a different product, please return the unopened product for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplement bottles
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
