1. Purchase Options

We offer the following purchase methods to make your shopping experience convenient:

a. One-Time Purchase

  • Buy any product once without commitment.
  • Standard processing and shipping times apply.

b. Subscription / Auto-Delivery (If Applicable)

  1. Automatically receive your supplements at the interval selected.
  2. Guaranteed locked-in price for subscription orders.
  3. You may manage, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us.

2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • You will receive an email confirmation after your purchase and another email once your order is shipped.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only before it enters processing or shipping stage.

Cancellation Rules:

✔ You can request cancellation within the first few hours after placing an order.
✔ Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
✔ If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How to Request a Cancellation

4. Subscription Cancellation (If Applicable)

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing date.
  • Orders already billed or processed cannot be canceled.
  • No cancellation fees apply.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

  • If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed.
  • For subscription orders, we will attempt to re-charge your card.
  • You will be notified if payment fails.

6. Changes to Orders

We allow minor changes BEFORE processing begins:

  • Update shipping address
  • Change product flavor or quantity
  • Modify customer details

Once processing begins, changes can no longer be made.
